Onboarding Webinar
To kick off your program, Claire will host a group call (recorded so that if you miss it, you can watch it back) to talk through goals, how to navigate the app, how to track calories & macros, how to get the most from the meal planner, workouts, habit tracker and more to help ensure you hit the ground running!
Daily Communication
You'll be able to communicate with your coach, Claire, and fellow program members within the private in-app channel. Have questions, want to share your win, feeling stuck? We're there to support!
4 Workouts / Week
You will get 3 x 30min full body workouts and 1 x 15min core workout each week that you can do from home. These are the workouts that Claire does herself every week, and they are designed specifically for women in midlife (35-55) with slow, controlled movement that builds strength, muscle mass and bone density.
Personalised Calorie & Macros
Claire will calculate your unique calorie & macro goals based on information you provide on signup e.g. age, weight, height, stress, activity level etc. This will be different for everyone, there is no one size fits all, so Claire will calculate this herself for you.
Meal Planner & Recipes
You will have full access to the in-app meal planner which will be configured to present you with 100s of recipes that meet your unique calorie & macro goals. This is one of a kind, no other program will make life this easy for you!
Flexible Meal Tracking Options
You will also have the ability to track & pre-log all of your food, whether you use the app recipes or not, this will help you to ensure you really are in a calorie deficit & the pre-logging will vastly increase your chances of staying on track and achieving your daily calorie & macro goals! Too easy!
Habit Tracking
We will configure some healthy habits around stress/sleep/lifestyle to ensure you give yourself the best chance of success at reaching your weight loss goal.
Body Stats Tracking
You will be able to record and track your weight, body measurements and progress photos in the app and compare them over time using clever graphs and side by side pictures - all in an effort to motivate and celebrate every milestone!
In-app Motivation
The app will notify you every day of the things you need to do that day and will cheer you on as you make progress towards your goal, celebrating every milestone!
Weekly Progress Check-ins
Claire will check in with you personally every week to ensure you have everything you need to keep moving towards your goal, and to help you remove any obstacles.
Live Coaching Sessions
Claire will host a 30min live coaching session once a month (3 in total). We'll meet LIVE as a group at the beginning of every 4 week phase, to discuss the upcoming phase, answer questions and chat through common scenarios specific to women in midlife, to educate you for a lifetime of success on your health journey.

Is this a monthly membership or a time-limited program?This is a monthly membership program, and you can go at your own pace. We shouldn't put a time limit on our health journey! So you are welcome to stay as long as you need my support! You can also cancel at any time, there is no lock-in period.

Do I need to stay for a minimum number of months?Absolutely not. If you find the program is not for you, you can cancel from one month to the next!

Can I sign up if I'm a beginner at strength training?Of course! That's why I'm here, I provide detailed form cues and guidance in all of our live/on-demand workouts and if you're a total beginner, we have a beginner series of workouts where you can learn the basics of each fundamental move. We start small and build intensity as you move through the first six weeks. It's totally doable for beginners!

How does the coaching work?I provide daily coaching via messages in the app to help you move towards your goals without stress or overwhelm. We will also meet LIVE every Tuesday night (all calls are recorded if you can't make the live) for a group coaching call where Claire wll provide some coaching relevant to the stage we're at, and answer any questions you might have on the program, nutrition, the app etc. We find that this is the optimal coaching approach to set you up for success! You can also post questions to the in-app community anytime if you need a more immediate response or general group support! Coaching also comes in the form of educational guides that you get as part of the program.

I don't know anything about nutrition? Can I still sign up?Absolutely! Understanding nutrition for fat loss and optimal health is a skill I teach as part of the program and it's totally ok to come into this with zero nutrition knowledge.

How would I cancel my subscription if I decide the program is not for me?You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile within the fit positive app.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?You can start with just a mat and two pairs of dumbbells - one lighter pair for upper body moves and one heavier pair for lower body moves. Over time, as you get stronger you will need more weights but this is more than enough to start with.
