Masterclasses

Access masterclasses on topics that support your journey, e.g. Nutrition for Midlife Weight Loss, Mindset Masterclass, Menopause, Movement for Longevity etc. 

With this level of education under your belt you'll be equipped to own your own health journey and never have to join another weight loss program!

Daily Communication

You will receive daily coaching messages from Claire for the first six weeks, ensuring you have all of the knowledge you need to succeed as you need it. 

This approach avoids overwhelm and feeds you just the amount of information you need, right when you need it!

Live Workouts

Join 3 new LIVE 30 minute full body workouts each week that you can do from home. These are the workouts that Claire does herself every week, and they are designed specifically for women in midlife with slow, controlled movement that builds strength, muscle mass and bone density.

You will also be able to access all workouts on-demand as well as a full library of yoga, pilates, cycling, recovery & body weight only all on-demand in the Fit Positive app!

Personalised Calorie & Macros

We will calculate your unique calorie & macro goals based on information you provide on signup e.g. age, weight, height, stress, activity level etc. This will be different for everyone, there is no one size fits all, so your numbers will be unique to you and your goals!

We can review and adjust these at any time, and you will have a monthly check-in (in-app) when you'll be able to reset your goals and have your numbers re-calculated for you.

Family-friendly Recipes

Access 120+ calorie-conscious, macro-balanced recipes, all designed to be family-friendly and delicious to make, while still being simple and easy to make. All recipes have been designed in Claire's home and tested on her two kids (age 13 and 9). 

Members are loving them: "I just made the sweet & sour chicken. It was a complete hit with everyone. really really tasty and so much nicer than a takeaway. I haven't made a bad recipe yet from the app."

Flexible Meal Tracking Options

Track & pre-log all of your food, whether you use the app recipes or not, this will help you to ensure you really are in a calorie deficit & the pre-logging will vastly increase your chances of staying on track and achieving your daily calorie & macro goals! Too easy!

Habit Tracking

Access in-app habit tracking for steps/hydration/lifestyle to ensure you give yourself the best chance of success at reaching your weight loss goal.

Body Stats Tracking

Record and track your weight, body measurements and progress photos in the app and compare them over time using clever graphs and side by side pictures - all in an effort to motivate and celebrate every milestone!

In-app Motivation

Stay on track with daily reminders in the app of the things you need to do that day. The app will cheer you on as you make progress towards your goal, celebrating every milestone! 

Weekly Friday Wins

Celebrate the wins you've achieved every week in the Fit Positive community! 

This is a science-backed practice for instilling motivation to keep going and inspiring others in the group to do the same!

Live Coaching Sessions
