WHO WE WORK WITH
Many women find us feeling frustrated.
They’re exercising regularly, trying to eat “well”, and still feeling tired, stuck or unsure if they’re doing the right things anymore.
Midlife brings real physiological changes — to metabolism, recovery, hormones and body composition — and much of the advice we’ve been given simply doesn’t take that into account.
Fit Positive exists to help make sense of that, and to offer a clear, supportive way forward.
